Nature of the service

Janeen is a pregnancy and postpartum companion for educational and organizational purposes. Content follows mainstream health guidance (WHO and similar) and is not medical diagnosis nor a substitute for your doctor. The due-date calculator and all readings are estimates.

Subscriptions

“Pro” is available as a monthly subscription, a 9-month bundle, or a lifetime purchase, managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your store's subscription settings. The 7-day free trial is granted once per device.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional and enables tying your subscription to your account and using the AI assistant. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, and you can permanently delete your account in-app at any time.

Acceptable use

The app is for lawful personal use. Abusing the AI assistant, the ticket system, or attempting to bypass usage limits is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

We strive for accuracy, yet use of the app remains at your own responsibility, and we accept no liability for medical decisions based on the app alone. In an emergency call your local emergency number immediately.

Ownership

The name, logo, content and design belong to the Janeen app developer and may not be reused without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
